Bike rental conditions

1. The customer is responsible for the rented equipment.
2. It must be returned by 17:30 on the last agreed rental day. In case of late return, the customer must pay for the additional days.
3. If the equipment is not returned within the agreed rental period and the rental company has not been notified in advance, a theft report will be filed against the customer for six days.
4. The customer has the option to insure the rented equipment against possible damage or breakage. This costs €10 per day and provides full cover, with no excess, for accidental damage to the equipment. However, the insurance does not cover theft or damage caused by negligence and/or vandalism.
5. If an uninsured customer damages the rental equipment, they are responsible for the repair costs of the affected items.
6. In the event of theft, the list price of the equipment will be charged to the customer directly. Not only must the customer cover the costs, they are also obliged to report the theft to the relevant authorities.
7. No refund will be granted in the event of early termination of the rental contract by returning the equipment. Refunds are only provided in the event of illness and/or accident, upon presentation of a valid medical certificate.
8. Equipment can also be booked online. If cancelled up to 72 hours before collection, the full booking amount will be refunded. If cancellation is not made online within 72 hours of the agreed rental date, the full amount will be retained.
9. By booking online, the customer declares that they are fully aware of the above rental terms and conditions.
10. By signing, the customer confirms that they have received the equipment in perfect condition.

Guided tour participation conditions

1. All participants in guided tours must inquire in advance about the programme and routes (times, distance, elevation differences and difficulty level), so that they only approach the trip if they are able to complete it independently. You can find all the information you need on our website: www.noleggio-bike.it
2. Please bear in mind the possible risks associated with MTB/E-MTB tours (e.g. change in weather conditions, risk of falling, damage to third parties' property and persons) and their consequences.
3. We recommend that you wear appropriate sports clothing for the tour and weather conditions, and that you bring a change of clothes and waterproof clothing.
4. Your bicycle must be in top condition with good tyres, an efficient gearbox and brakes, and a saddle adjusted to the right height.
5. Wearing a bike helmet is mandatory for the duration of the tour.
6. Wearing knee and elbow protection is also recommended.
7. For full-day tours, we recommend carrying a multitool, puncture kit, full water bottle and snacks.
8. You must arrive at the 'Quality Bike Rental' 15 minutes in advance, already equipped with everything you need.
9. The guide is authorised to exclude any participants from the tour who, due to various causes such as technical deficiencies, inadequate equipment or negligent behaviour, do not provide sufficient assurance that they can safely complete the itinerary. In such a case, it will not be possible to claim compensation or a refund.
10. Participants declare that they have the necessary physical requirements and/or technical abilities to ensure their own safety and that of others.
11. Participants must under no circumstances leave the group without first notifying the guide.
12. Participants must not overtake the guide during the tour.
13. Minors are permitted to participate only if they are wearing helmets and are accompanied by an adult who is responsible for them. To participate in the tour, minors must be at the same level as the other participants so as not to slow down the group.
14. The tours take place on dedicated trails, forest roads and cycle paths. We therefore request the utmost caution and respect for the Highway Code at all times. If difficult sections are encountered, we recommend walking alongside the bike.
15. Any expenses for refreshments, travel and transfers are not included in the registration fee and are your responsibility.
16. Participation is at your own risk.
